ENABLE SPAM
ASSASSIN RULES IN OUTLOOK XP AND HIGHER
Internet
Matrix Inc. servers use the SPAM ASSASSIN system to help
you control the amount of unwanted mail that shows up in
your INBOX. Please read the instructions below to see
how to enable the SPAM FILTERS in your Microsoft Outlook
XP /2003.

Right-click on your Inbox and choose New
Folder, and name it. We recommend something like
Junk or Spam.

Click Tools then Rules Wizard.

window will pop up, click Start from blank rule
and click Next.

Check the box for With <Specific Words> in the
Message header.

Click the <specific words> link and enter the
following exactly as its shown: X-Spam-Flag: YES
and click Add. Then click Ok & Next.

Click Move it to the specified folder.

Choose the folder you created in step 1 and click
Ok.

Click Finish then click Ok. Your rule
should now be setup and SPAM will autimatically be
filtered into your JUNK MAIL.
Internet
Matrix Inc. will not remove SPAM automatically from the
server. You must setup these rules for filtering to
happen. We will not be responsible for your mail or its
content.

ASSASSIN is provided to ALL Internet Matrix Inc. clients
as a value added service.
