Creating a new list is easy. All you do
is type in the name of the list you want to create and click on the create button. Then
you add the name, password, master e-mail address, description, header, footer, and choose
what type of list you want to create. You can create open, open & confirm, or closed
lists. Easy to use by just following the steps one by one. Each step is explained right on
the setup screen. You can also add welcome and info messages at this time is desired. |

modified at anytime by using the modify function. This is a great tool! |

If you have a user who wants to have an
old list imported into the new one this will save you tons of time and trouble. Note: The
end user is not allowed to bulk add to their own list. This is a function that only you as
the MASTER ADMIn can perform. This will help you combat spammers! |

This is a really awesome tools for old
of inactive lists. Over time e-mail addresses can become bad or non-existent. This is a
great way to get rid of them quickly! Note: the end user has this function in their own
list menu as well. |

server. This is a quick and easy way to find out the count of any list. Once a month the
counts of every list is e-mailed to you automatically as well. |

Backing up the TITAN is super easy.
Simply make sure that there is a properly formatted ZIP disk in the server and click on
this function. it will compile, compress, and save your entire server data automatically.
Note: Users can also backup lists individually so you don't have to worry about searching
through thousands of lists for them. This function is for 'peace of mind' to you as the
master admin! |
