Each server has access to a step by step on-line manual that will cover 99% of situations.
As an additional support mechanism, all TITAN SERVERS each have 30 days of phone support
time to help you get started with the product. Unlimited e-mail support is included. After
that premium phone support can be purchased at the following rates:
Normal Hours / Working Days Telephone Technical Support: $695.00
US / year.
After hours/weekend/holiday support billed at the rate of $100.00
US per hour. (Minimum charge per incident in these situations is $100.00 US.)
Restoration of a TITAN that has been tampered with: $1000.00
